Akshara is made by a small studio, and mail to this address is read by the people who build the game.
One address for everything
We normally reply within two working days (Hyderabad time). Telugu, Hindi and English are all welcome — write in whichever language is comfortable.
What to write to us about
A word or meaning that reads poorly. Our most valued report. Tell us the word and, if you remember it, the level number — every such report is checked against the screening pipeline and fixed in a future release, which you can verify on the What's new page.
A level that seems unfair or broken. Include the language and level number from the top of the screen and what went wrong. Levels that fail our fairness laws are withdrawn, not patched over.
Lost progress or moving phones. Your journey has a private recovery code in the help screen — but if something has gone wrong, write to us and we will do our best to help.
Privacy and data requests. The game collects no personal information and needs no account; the full statement is in the privacy policy. Any request about data goes to the same address above.
Press, schools and partnerships. Also the same address — mark the subject clearly and it reaches the right person, because there are very few of us.
